OneRock acrylic microcement — materials order

OneRock is an acrylic microcement, applied in three coats — two base coats and a top coat — then sealed with two coats of either Varnish W (water based) or Varnish DSV (solvent based).

Put your area in and we'll suggest quantities for everything you choose, and work out your cost per m². Leave it blank and set the quantities yourself.

1Primer

Seals the substrate and creates a key. Pick the one that matches what you're going over. Not sure what you've got? Ask us in the chat box.

2Base coats

Two coats, chosen separately below. Coverages shown are the real-world rates, not the thin-coat figures on the data sheet.

3Top coat

Coat 3 — tinted, and it sets the finish. Any grain, from S for the smoothest through to XXL for the heaviest texture.

4Sealer

Matt only — two coats over the finished surface once it's cured.

5Pigments

Coats 2 and 3 are tinted. Add the pigments you need — amounts depend on the colour and the area. Matching a sample? Send us a photo in the chat box.

6Consumables

Mesh goes into the base coat — always on floors and over tiles. Pads for sanding between coats.
