Pick a Studio Cemento colour (or choose natural base). We tint the L coat and the final coat(S,M or L).

2) Delivery or collection
Select collection from our Cardiff trade counter or delivery to your address. We’ll add delivery cost to the quote.

3) Choose your primer
Primer for porous surfaces (plaster, plasterboard, cement boards).
Primer Quartz for non-porous surfaces (tiles, shiny/low suction).

4) Choose your finish (final coat)
Standard build-up:
Coat 1: XL base (always)
Coat 2: L base (always — tinted)
Final: choose a grain — 1 coat or 2 coats (optional upgrade)

5) Choose your sealer
All sealers are applied in 2 coats. Choose a product, then pick your finish.
Varnish W (water-based polyurethane)
Low odour and easy to use. Suitable for interior protection where there isn’t constant standing water. Apply in 2 coats and allow correct drying between coats.
Varnish DSV (solvent polyurethane)
Hard-wearing solvent PU with strong chemical resistance. Stronger smell during application (ventilation required). Apply in 2 coats and follow pot-life / recoat windows.
FastProtec (polyaspartic)
Fast curing sealer for quicker turnarounds. More technical: careful mixing and application is required. Apply in 2 coats and respect pot-life and recoat times.

6) Mesh (reinforcement)
For floors we recommend mesh. For walls it’s optional.
