Pigment Tinting Calculator
Works out how much of each pigment to add to a specific OneRock finish coat tub, by weight.
Formulas are dosed per kg of OneRock M as the reference. Coarser grains have a greyer, cooler base, so L, XL and XXL automatically get +3.5 g/kg White to compensate — XL and XXL also get +0.3 g/kg Yellow and +0.05 g/kg Red. Mix pigment into the tub thoroughly before trowelling. Always make a sample board for client reference before starting any job.
Varnish W Sealer Mix
Enter your board size(s) in sqm — add more than one if sealing several at once — to work out how much Varnish W Part A and Part B to mix.
Varnish W mixes at a ratio of 5:1 (Part A : Part B). Consumption is up to 100g per sqm of mixed product per coat, so this figure gives the maximum you'll need for one coat — mix a fresh batch for each additional coat rather than combining upfront, since working time is limited once mixed. Apply with a short-nap roller, crossing directions to avoid marks; the product can be diluted 15–20% with water if needed. Good ventilation, protective glasses and gloves are recommended when mixing and applying. Walkable after 12 hours; full cure in 7 days.
