Epoxy DPM Primer

A professional 2-part epoxy damp proof membrane and primer designed for concrete and cementitious substrates where moisture may be present. Ideal as a belt-and-braces approach beneath microcement systems, providing enhanced moisture protection and exceptional adhesion.

After diamond grinding and dust extraction, Epoxy DPM Primer is applied directly to the substrate. Whilst wet, Studio Cemento Alkali-Resistant Fibreglass Mesh is embedded into the epoxy for additional reinforcement. The surface is then fully broadcast with kiln-dried silica sand whilst tacky, creating a strong mechanical key for subsequent microcement layers.

Epoxy DPM Primer can also be mixed with kiln-dried silica sand to create a high-strength epoxy mortar for filling static cracks, holes and localised surface defects before coating.
